Ed Lascelles Partner

Ed began by advising quoted UK companies on IPOs, takeovers and other corporate transactions, first with Charterhouse Securities and then ING Barings. Companies ranged in value from £10m to £1bn, across the healthcare and technology sectors among others. After moving to Albion Ventures in 2004 (then part of Close Brothers Group), Ed started investing in the technology, healthcare, financial and business services sectors. Ed became partner in 2009 and is responsible for a number of Albion’s technology investments. Ed graduated from University College London with a first class degree in Philosophy.
