Applecroft Care Home Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested £4.2 million to acquire Applecroft, a 75 bed residential care home for the frail and elderly, in July 2003.
Barleycroft Care Home Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested £4.9 million in September 2003 to acquire a site in Romford, Essex and develop an 80 bed care home for the elderly.
Broadoaks Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested £1.9 million in Broadoaks in September 2000, and exited from the investment in May 2004.
Careforce Careforce provides domiciliary care services, primarily caring for the elderly and infirm in their own homes, which are delivered principally through outsourcing arrangements with local authorities.
Churchcroft Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested £1.6m in Churchcroft, a residential care home for people with hearing disabilities, in June 1998. The investment was sold in May 2004.
Drummond Court Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested £2.5 million in Drummond Court in September 1998, the exit came later in May 2004
Fryers Walk In March 1999 Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested £2.6 million in Fryers Walk and exited the investment in May 2004.
