Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested a total of £6.335m to acquire 30 freehold pubs in the north of England. The investment was sold in August 2008 realising a profit for funds managed by Albion Ventures of £2.66m, in addition to which the funds had received an annual income yield of 9.8%.
