Odyssey Clubs Group

Funds managed by Albion Ventures backed Odyssey to develop and purchase two freehold health and fitness clubs, in 1999 and 2000, investing a total of £6.2 million. Both clubs, at High Wycombe and Stevenage, were sold in 2004, at an aggregate profit of £900,000 before allowing for a running yield of 10% on loan stock held by the funds.
