Premier VCT (Bristol) Limited developed and operated the 96 bedroom Express by Holiday Inn hotel at Bristol Templemeads which opened in 1999. Funds managed by Albion Ventures invested a total of £4.3 million, the original investment being made in 1998. The company was sold in 2002 realising a profit for funds managed by Albion Ventures of £2 million, in addition to which the funds had received an income yield of approximately 10 per cent. per annum.
